Nepal Visa Info

Nepal Travel visa can be obtain on arrival at Nepal entry points. You can get visa upon arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, at border entry points in Kakadvitta, Birgunj, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Gaddachowki on Nepal-India border and Kodari on Nepal-China border. Also, Travel Visa can easily be obtained from the Nepalese Embassy or Consulate office located nearby your location. For all foreigners, visa is compulsory to enter Nepal except Indian. For certain country Visa is banned.

Nepal is a landlocked and sovereign Independent country. Nepal is a South Asian country lying on the coordinate between 80 degree 12' east longitude and 26 degree 22' and 30 degree 27' north latitude. Nepal is bordered by India and China in Asia. The country is surrounded by Sikkim and West Bengal estate of India in East, Uttar Pradesh in West, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh in South and by Autonomous Region of republic of China in the North. Where is Mount Everest?

Mount Everest the highest peak in the world is situated at the edge of Tibetan Plateau on the border between Nepal and China. Mt. Everest (8,848m.) is famous as Sagarmatha in Nepal and Chomolungma in Tibet. It is also called Third Pole.
