Don’t eat meat items more. You may feel uncomfortable of digestion. Try to eat fresh and healthy food while trekking. Reduce alcoholic drinks. Drinking alcohol might be problem while walking and makes you dehydrated.

Arrange the first aid box with basic medicine.  You may have headache, or injury so keep the bandage, tablets with you.

Your personal goods are must be well care. Keep your belongings with you. Try to make your backpack light.
