When to Trek
Trekking in Annapurna Base Camp is possible throughout the year but according to your interest and purpose the best season may vary.  If you want a less busy trail and enjoy cold temperature than winter may be the good option. If you want to have great view of the mountains over clear sky, than spring is best. We recommend you to travel ABC within the months of October to May for best experiences and great scenario. In the winter and monsoon there is huge problem of flight delay and cancellation.
Travel Documents
while trekking to Annapurna Region you should be very careful regarding your documents. The basic documents required for the trek are;  The tourism Visa sanctioned by Government of Nepal, Passport, the photocopy of introductory page of the passport should always be carried. All the receipts should be kept handy.
Permits and Regulations
All the Treks to Annapurna Region pass through the Annapurna Conservation Area  so you must have ACAP  for which you should pay Rs. 2000. You can get the permit in ACAP entry fee office in Bhrikutimandap or at the ACAP counter in Pokhara Lakeside. Another permit you must have for this trek is TIMS – Trekkers Information Management System Permits. We should have eco friendly trek and the loud noise in Conservation area is not allowed.
Trekking Gears
Trekking Gears depends upon the season, when you travel. Some of the basic gears are light weight hiking boots, waterproof boots, hiking socks, sandals, waterproof jackets, sunglasses, gloves, sleeping bag, headlamp, trekking poles etc.
Personal Checklist
For a comfortable Annapurna trekking, you need to make your personal checklist in good form. Please remember that you should always try to keep the weight of your clothing equipment down to a minimum. Your packed trek bag, should weigh no more than 15 kilograms (33 pounds.) Use your own experience and judgment to make your packing list. Clothes should be warm enough and walking comfortable, trekking boots are wise selection for footwear. Personal hygiene goods and clothes are compulsory, camera, charger, hat, trekking poles are add-ons for your journey.
Accommodations
We offer you best accommodation in Kathmandu and Pokhara which ranges from tourist standard to star category hotels. It depends on your choice which is based on your budget and interest. During the trekking, we use best tea-houses/lodge available in the area. All accommodations are on twin-shared basis. Single supplement will be served on request and will cost an additional cost. We will arrange rooms with attached bathrooms; however, teahouses in some places only have shared bathroom and toilet facilities. Single rooms are available in developed area such as Kathmandu and pokhara city and lower part of the trekking route.
Food
We only offer breakfast in Kathmandu and Pokhara; you choose your own meal while in Kathmandu and Pokhara. During the Annapurna trek, you will be served by authentic Nepalese food as well the more common international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, Indian, etc.). Breakfast and dinner will be served from the teahouse or from a lodge menu where we spend the night whereas lunch will be served on the way to the next destination. All meals (BLD) will be provided during trekking.
Guides and Porters
We have well experienced guide who can speak English fluently and is a License Holder from Nepal Government. Porters will be on 2:1 ratio that means one porter for every two trekkers. All the fees for Guide and Porters are included in our cost but you may give some Tips to them. This is not mandatory but expected.
Acclimatization and Hydration
For the best trekking experience you should go uphill slowly. To prevent yourself from dehydration you should drink 4-5 liters of water every day. Our guide will help you lead through the most used trekking route which help you with the climb in high steep grounds as well.
Safety
You should bring First Aid Kit with you or you can also hire a trekking guide or porter to carry a medical kit with necessary medicines in case of emergency. In the high altitudes, you may feel altitude sickness or most common health problem is Intestinal Complication. So, you must consult your doctor before this trek so that you could complete this trek easily and happily.
 Group Size
We can operate the trek of any size but maximum 12 people in a group would be the perfect size for a successful trip. It ensures personalized care. However, if you’d like to book the trip for a larger group then we can arrange it.
Physical Condition and Experience Required
Trekking to Annapurna needs physically fit and passion of walking. Trekkers who have the ability to walk at least 6-7 hours a day with a light rucksack can do this trek easily. Trekking in the high altitude is difficult and may cause the altitude sickness. So, personal fitness is necessary to do this trek. Mentally and physically you need to ready to walk about 7 to 8 hours a day. Exercising and jogging regularly is good idea to enhance our strength and stability. Past hiking experience would be an asset but no technical skill is required for this trip. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions such as heart, lung, and blood diseases are good. We also recommend that you consult your doctor(s) before the trip.
Travel Insurance
Annapurna Base is at an altitude of 4130 meters and the vast majority of travel insurance companies will not cover you for trekking at that altitude. It is compulsory to have travel insurance before you start your trek. Ask yourself one question "Will my Travel Insurance cover me? “In case of any emergency which includes Helicopter/Air Ambulance rescue charges if necessary on medical grounds. One point to note is that when you arrive in Nepal, register your insurance with our company, and give a copy of the Insurance Certificate and point out the Emergency Telephone numbers. Then, if you get into trouble, your guides will know exactly who to contact for authorization for an evacuation.
Banks and ATMs
There are no any Banks and ATMs on the way. You must Bring Cash with you from the city area like Kathmandu and Pokhara.
Flight Delays and Cancellation
Because of Nepal’s geographical condition and climatic variations, domestic flights in Nepal are prone to delays and cancellation. Due to the lack of technology to deal with adverse weather condition sometimes the international flights are also delayed. The flight may be delayed or even cancelled in the winter and monsoon season due to poor visibility and high rainfall.

Day 01: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul and Trek to Tikhedhunga (1560m)

Morning accompanied with the breakfast and takes a drive for about 1 and half hour through large village Lumley to Nayapul. The trekking journey starts from here. The trail leads up passing through the beautiful rice, maize and millet farms. We will pass small beautiful waterfalls following main trail of Birethanti. Past waterfalls with plunge pools that invite you to swim. Then we reach Sudami village where we can have lunch. After lunch climb gradually side of valley to Hile and after half an hour working from Hile, you will reach at Tikhedhunga. Enjoy the local people, culture and greenery.

Day 02: Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2850m)

After the breakfast, trek to Ghorepani (2880m) for approx. 7 hr. Today the trail crosses Tikhedunga River on suspension bridge, then drops and crosses the Burundi Khola. Climbing steeply on a stone staircase, continue to the large Magar village Ulleri (2080m). We will have a little view of mountain. We will pass through pastures and cultivated fields. We will encounter cool oak and Rhododendron forest through the journey. We have a little rest with lunch at Nangathanti. From here working for about one hour we will reach Ghorepani village. Arrive at the top of the Ghorepani pass to set your camp.

Day 03: Trek from Ghorepani to Tadapani (2610m)

Following day make the early-morning departure to the Poon Hill (3210m) which is one of the best Himalaya view point in Nepal. You will be amazed to have the spectacular panoramic views of Himalayas of the region. It provides best majestic scenery and sunrise over the high mountains. Have the breathtaking views of Dhaulagiri I (8167m), Tukuche (6920m), Nilgiri (6940m), Annapurna South, Annapurna I (8091m), Mt. Fishtail (Machhapuchhre, 6997m), Lamjung Himal (6986m) and many more.

Now return to the camp at Ghorepani and have your breakfast. Trek to Tadapani starts for rest of the day for 6 hours. You will have amazing views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna on the way. Descend steeply through dense moss-covered forest rich with bird species.

Day 04: Trek from Tadapani to Sinuwa (2340m)

We will have breakfast in the early morning enjoying the breathtaking views of Machhapuchhre and start our trek toward Sinuwa. From here there are two trails one takes us to Ghandruk while other to Chhomrong, we will follow the trail to Chhomrong. Crossing the sever rivers and passing through the lust forests and terraced fields we will reach Taulung. A steep descent from Taulung will take us to one of the most beautiful village Chhomrong. After a shrt descent from Chhomrong we will cross a suspension bridge and ascend to Sinuwa.

Day 05: Trek from Sinuwa to Deurali (3200m)

After having breakfast in the early morning we start ascending towards Deurali passing through the beautiful forests of oak, bamboo and Rhododendron we will reach Kuldighar. Then we continue our trek with a short hike down to bamboo. Enjoying the great landscapes and beautiful forests we will reach Deurali which is either covered by snow or burnt out grasses.

Day 06: Trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m)

Today is the day to reach the final destination of the Trip. Therefore we will have breakfast in the early morning and immediately head towards Machhapuchhre Base Camp. After passing the avalanche site we will reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp and some ascend from there takes us to Annapurna South Base Camp which offers best panoramic views of high Annapurna Ranges. We will have the closest view of Machhapuchhre, Mardi Himal, Annapurna, Gangapurna, Singhchuli, Hiunchuli etc from Annapurna Base Camp.

Day 07: Trek from Annapurna Base Camp Trek to Sinuwa (2340m)

Today we will have comparatively easy downhill walk to Sinuwa. We follow the same route back to Sinuwa. Enjoying the mountain vistas and mesmerizing nature we will reach sinuwa after 6-7 hours of walking.

Day 08: Trek from Sinuwa to Jhinudada-Hot spring (1700m)

After having breakfast in the early morning, we will walk toward Jhinudanda. Following the beautiful trail full of natural beauties we cross the small rivers and streams and reach Jhinu Danda. Near Jhinu there is a natural hot water spring which is very famous in this area. After spending sometimes there we will return to Jhinu in Hotel.

Day 09: Trek from Jhinu Dada to Pothana (1900m)

Today we will have breakfast in early morning and start our walk towards Pothana. We will walk mostly downhill and cross several rivers and streams on the way to Pothana. From the route we can enjoy the incredible views of high Mountains.

Day 10: Trek from Pothana to Phedi and drive to Pokhara

Today we will trek from Pothana and Drive from there to Pokhara in private vehicle.
