For trekking in Nepal inthe following equiepments are necessy. For your personal use you need to have these equipments. |

- Down vest and/or jacket (optional)

- Heavyweight gloves or mittens with a waterproof shell outer

- Light balaclava or warm fleece hat
- Sunglasses with UV protection

- Light and expedition weight thermal bottoms
