Day 03: Kathmandu to Bahundanda (1310meter)

Day 04: Bahundanda to Chamje (1430meter)

Day 05: Chamje to Dharapani (1920meter)

Day 06: Dharapani to Koto (2600meter)

Day 07: Koto to Dharmasala (3230meter)

Day 08: Dharmasala to Kayang (3740meter)

Day 09: Kayang to Phu Village (4050meter)

Day 10: Excursion around Phu valley

Day 11: Phu Village to Junam (3550meter)

Day 12: Junam to Nar Village (4150meter)

Day 13: Explore Nar Village

Day 14: Nar Village to Ngwal (3675meter) after crossing Kang La pass (5315meter)

Day 15: Ngwal to Manang (3550meter)

Day 16: Manang to Letdar (4250meter)

Day 17: Letdar to Thorong high camp (4800meter)
