To access Everest base camp of the Everest region within a limited time, this runs directly to and from Lukla. The trek starts at the Upper Phakding and follows Dudhkoshi valley which climbs up to the Sherpa capital of Namche, a busting bazaar that’s a junction for trekkers, the local Sherpa and expedition on route to the mighty Mt. Everest. Along this part of trial, villages are interspersed with magnificent forests of rhododendron, magnolia and giant firs. From Namche heads towards Thyangboche monastery which sits at 3867m surrounded by dwarf firs and rhododendrons. The view of Everest from this spot seen to be best advantage in the morning is absolutely mesmerizing and stunning and is rightly deemed to be one of the most magnificent in the world. Then we descend to Imjakhola and ascend to Kalapathar where you can get awesome views of Himalayan giants and makes up for the lung bursting climb that took you up there. Then trek down to Everest Base Camp at the foot of the Khumbu ice fall before finally making our way back down to Lukla. Take a flight to Kathmandu from Lukla to end the Everest base camp trek.

This Everest Base Camp trekking is designed for those people who like to visit in the most inspiring places in the world with breathtaking mountain panoramas. The best time to visit is from the beginning of March to mid-May and from the beginning of September to mid-November.

Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu International Airport, and then transfer to Hotel.

Day 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla the trek to Phakding (2,652m/8,700ft): 3-4 hrs trek

Day 03: Phakding  to  Namche Bazaar (3440 m/11,280 ft): 5-6 hrs

Day 04: Rest day at Namche Bazar.

Day 05: Namche Bazaar  to  Tengboche (3860 m/12,660 ft) 5-6hrs

Day 06: Tengboche  – Dingboche (4,360 m/14,300 ft): 5-6 hrs

Day 07: Dingboche – Lobuche (4940 m/16,207 ft): 4-5hrs

Day 08: Lobuche – Gorak Shep (5170 m/16,961ft) – Everest Base Camp (5364 m/17,594 ft) – Gorak Shep:  8-9 hrs

Day 09: Gorak Shep – Kala Patthar (5545 m/18,192 ft) – Pheriche [4280 m/14,070 ft]: 8-9 hrs

Day 10: Pheriche – Tengboche (3860 m/12,660 ft): 5-6 hrs

Day 11: Tengboche – Monjo

Day 12: Monjo – Lukla (2,800m/9,186ft): 3-4 hrs
