Jiri Everest Base Camp Trek has a number of stunning attractions including trekking through the Solu area and traversing the great Lamjura pass filled with excellent views of the high snowcapped peaks. Other highlights include the spectacular scenery of the Himalayan ranges the prevalent Himalayan culture, the pristine forest, rhododendron and pass through traditional rural farming villages. Jiri Everest Base Camp Trek includes all the highlights of the Everest National Park including Namche Bazaar, Khumbu’s Sherpa capital an extraordinary viewpoint of Kalapathar and ever exciting Everest Base Camp. That provides you the opportunity to explore the lifestyle of the Himalayan people, their religion, customs and traditions. it follows an ancient route that will take us through tiny villages, across high mountain passes and through remote valleys, villages and monasteries.
This Jiri Everest Base Camp Trek starts from Jiri (1905m). It provides a good opportunity to see the densely populated middle hills and the high altitude magnificence of the Everest region. The trial heads eastward through the forested hills of Soul and over the 3530m Lamjura Pass. Once in the Khumbu region the mountain views improve with every step. Kwangdo, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Amadablam, Everest Base Camp Trek winds, climbs and descends its way through lush low land and alpine forest, Buddhist monasteries and authentic Sherpa villages. Alluring birds like the golden eagle, snow pigeon red billed and yellow billed choughs and flowers like rhododendron, magnolas blue pine, chir pine, juniper and hemlock make the trekking a delight for nature lovers. During the trek, you will enjoy different culture and Sherpa society. This Jiri Everest Base Camp is the longest trekking route in Everest region, which starts from Jiri and ending at Lukla then by flight back to Kathmandu.
Normally, 19 days Jiri Everest Base Camp Trek is designed for those who like to trek Solukhumbu Himalayan range. The best time to visit here is during spring and autumn. You can further visit to Gokyo Renjo La Pass trek, Gokyo valley trek, Everest view trek to Everest region if you have more holidays.

Day 19: Lukla to Kathmandu by early morning flight.
